HAELOK press tool service and calibration

You can send the tool for service by shipping it to us or bringing it directly to our warehouse. After the service, we return the tool to the return address you give us.

Include the following information with the delivery:

• A free-form description of the service needed or the fault you found
• Whether only calibration is needed
• Your reference, if any
• Return address

Before sending:

• Send the tool only, without the battery, dies or other accessories
• The tool’s warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase
• Calibration must be carried out every 24 months
• The hoses of the HLK-PT76114 tool must be replaced every 6 years (the picture below shows how to check the hoses’ date of manufacture)

We forward the tool to the manufacturer for diagnosis and repair. We will let you know how the service is progressing and about any repair costs once the manufacturer has reported on the fault and the repair needed.

Every service or calibration comes with a calibration certificate (Test Certificate).
