GIEBEL Adsorber dryers of the VV-DV series have a stable valve part with disposable, replaceable cartridges. The solution ensures effective protection of the vented system as well as easy and with quick maintenance.
Dryers equipped with a sturdy and freeze resistant valve part are optimal for use in very dusty operating environments. They are used for example in hydraulic aggregates, gearboxes or storage tanks. Thanks to the large valve cross-sections, pressure build up is very low, even with high air flows. In addition, the VV-DV series dryers have a layer of activated carbon granules and a splash guard, which separates the escaping oil mist. This ensures cyclic renewal and thus gives very long maintenance intervals.
