VV-D series GIEBEL Adsorber valve less dryers are cost-effective solutions. The dryers are filled with 0.1 – 4.6 kg of silica gel, which can achieve the absorption capacity of up to 1.84 litres of water. In addition, the air is cleaned with a three-micrometre filter. The active carbon layer absorbs the oil mist and protects the drying agent and the environment from contamination.
The drier, which can be replaced after saturation, minimises the number of maintenances required. Using a disposable dryer makes sense, especially in facilities that has continuous ventilation and only has short maintenance periods. With a valve less dryer, the pressure build up is really low. Recommended for use in IBC packaging.
